Schedule\n Nights: 3x12-hour shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. Every other weekend and on-call required (two 12-hour shifts in a 6-week period). Job Description\n We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to mothers and newborns in a fast-paced environment. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities\n \n Provide nursing care to patients in labor and delivery. \n Monitor fetal heart rates and assess maternal vital signs. \n Assist with labor and delivery processes, including both vaginal and cesarean deliveries. \n Provide education and support to patients and families regarding care plans and procedures. \n Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (Epic). \n Implement standard safety protocols for both maternal and neonatal care. \n Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery nursing experience. \n Current South Carolina RN license or multi-state/compact RN license. \n Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Beginner, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM, NRP. \n Preferred certifications: AWHONN Advanced, STABLE. \n Epic experience and comfort with couplet care or transition nursery are preferred. \n Why ARMStaffing?\n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
