The client has a vacancy for a Peoplesoft Functional/ Integration Tester to support ongoing production maintenance and system enhancements of the HR, Benefits and Payroll functions. The Role: What You'll Do: This role is the backbone of our financial operations and requires a strong understanding of both AP and general accounting principles, ideally within a non-profit structure. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable: Manage the full cycle AP process, including receiving invoices, obtaining proper authorization, coding, entering data accurately, and processing weekly check runs/electronic payments. Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and general ledger account reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Reporting: Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, prepare supporting schedules for audits, and generate financial reports as needed.
