Job Description\n Join the interdisciplinary team on the inpatient rehabilitation unit, with the possibility of floating to the med-surge unit. You will be collaborating with other professionals including a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), and Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). The role involves direct patient care in a supportive environment. Responsibilities\n \n Assist in evaluating patients and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. \n Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patient mobility. \n Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly. \n Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to enhance patient care. \n Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n Current Physical Therapy Assistant license. \n Experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred. \n Benefits\n Therapy staff are required to wear red scrubs, with an option for khaki pants and a red polo.
