The Practice Margaretville Hospital - Margaretville, New York 15-bed facility. 5-10 encounters per provider. Paragon EMR. Critical access hospital providing health care access to rural upstate NY. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
