We’re looking for dependable, detail-focused travelers with experience supporting physical therapy services in a hospital or Inpatient Rehabilitation setting. If you're ready to help patients improve mobility and functional outcomes while traveling the country, this is your opportunity! \n Minimum Qualifications: \n \n Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of employment required \n Minimum of two (2) years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a hospital, rehab, skilled nursing, or outpatient setting required \n Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program required \n Current, valid, and active driver’s license required \n Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation \n \n Certificates, Licensures, Registrations: \n \n Current, valid, and active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant required \n Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and required by some clients \n \n Additional Qualifications/Skills: \n \n Experience implementing physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist \n Ability to assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers, and mobility activities \n Familiarity with documentation standards and electronic medical record systems \n Strong communication and patient education skills \n Ability to work independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams \n Free from illegal drug use and effects of alcohol in the workplace \n \n Unlike working for agency after agency, with our travel program, you get to work for a company: \n \n Work with 1 recruiter from start to finish and assignment to assignment \n Local and Non-local positions available \n Competitive hourly rate in addition to tax-free stipend (if applicable) \n No pay cuts mid-contract \n Referral bonus (up to $1000 per referral!) \n License reimbursement if traveling to new state where new license is required \n Your pick of assignments at partner facilities from various health systems across the country \n \n Vibra follows federal and state requirements for vaccinations, vaccination offerings, and disease screening.
