Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Home Health \n Discipline: RN \n Duration: 14 weeks \n 40 hours per week \n Shift: 8 hours, days \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n \n Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Everett, WA. \n \n Job Details: \n \n Schedule: 8-hour shifts; 40 hours/week Location: Everett, WA Job Type: Contract Contract Length: 14 Weeks \n \n Duties: \n Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs. \n Develop, implement, document, and evaluate individualized Plans of Care (POC). \n Provide skilled nursing care and ensure continuity and quality of patient services. \n Perform OASIS assessments and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. \n Educate patients and families regarding medications, diet, safety, disease management, and self-care. \n Provide wound care, IV care, venipuncture, phlebotomy, catheter/drain care, and other skilled nursing services as needed. \n Coordinate care with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. \n Supervise and provide clinical direction to HHA/STNA/LVN staff as applicable. \n Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide on-call services as assigned. \n Maintain compliance with infection-control standards and patient confidentiality. \n Requirements: \n \n Education: Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma program; BSN preferred \n \n License(s): Active Registered Nurse (RN) license \n \n Certification(s): Current CPR certification required; CHPN preferred \n Years of Experience: 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience and 2 years of home health experience required \n \n Software: Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required \n \n Skills/Specialties/Technology: OASIS, home health nursing, patient assessment, care planning, wound care, IV care, venipuncture, medication administration, clinical documentation, care coordination, patient education, and ability to work independently in a home health setting \n \n Additional Requirements: Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and \n required insurance \n \n \n Interested?
