Talent & People Operations Manager (Hiring Immediately)

We’re Growing Faster Than We Can Hire In 2008, former prosecutor Adam Rossen started Rossen Law Firm with one purpose: to help good people when bad things happen so they can achieve their best future. More than 3,700 closed cases later, that is still the job. What has changed is the size of the team doing it, and how fast it is growing. This fall we move into our new 6,000-square-foot headquarters in Boca Raton. We bought the building. It has room for the team we are building, a video studio, and space to host events for the legal community. Our Fort Lauderdale office stays. Next, we are opening staffed Rossen Law Firm offices in new markets across Florida. Every new office starts with a great lawyer, and some of those lawyers will bring their whole teams with them. That adds up to 20 or more new people over the next 12 months. Today our leaders recruit between everything else. Searches wait, and great candidates take other offers. We need one person who owns finding people, winning them over, and setting them up to succeed. Why You’ll Love This Role Build the Team Behind the Growth: Every attorney, leader, and staff member we add over the next year runs through you. New Markets, New Offices: You help us open offices in new markets and bring in the lawyers and the whole teams who join us. A Brand-New Headquarters: You help run our new Boca Raton HQ from the day we open it, including events for the legal community. Real Ownership: You own the pipeline. Leaders make the final call, and you decide who gets in front of them. A Culture Worth Recruiting For: Five core values, a team that works together in person, and a firm that gives back. Responsibilities: Find People Who Aren’t Looking: Attorneys, leaders, and staff in South Florida and in every market we open. Reach out first and build the relationship before a seat opens. Run Every Search End to End: Intake, posting, screening, assessments, scheduling, references, and the offer package. Bring Teams In: When a whole team joins at once, they feel like part of this firm by the end of their first month. Own Onboarding and HR: First days that are ready before people walk in. Files and compliance done right and on time. Run the Office and Culture: Both offices and the new HQ running smoothly. Events, recognition, and our intern program. Qualifications: Recruiting experience for professional roles, including hires you found who never applied. Attorney or licensed professional recruiting is a strong plus. You run several searches at once and keep one clean pipeline. You will tell a hiring leader their favorite candidate is wrong, and explain why. HR administration experience. Law firm or professional services experience is a plus. You want to build something, and you plan to be here in five years to see it. Compensation Competitive salary based on the value you bring to the firm. Health insurance with a choice of plans, paid vacation, and a 401(k) with a 3% guaranteed payment. About Company We Take Care of Our People: Competitive pay based on experience. A generous number of vacation days each year. At Rossen Law Firm, we're more than just a team of experienced criminal defense lawyers. We're a family that cares deeply about people, not just cases. Our legal team understands what clients are going through, and we are committed to producing outstanding results. With offices in Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and throughout South Florida, Rossen Law Firm is a high-end criminal and DUI defense firm. Rossen’s 1000 5-star reviews tell the story of a criminal defense law firm that truly puts its clients first. Rossen Law Firm is an equal-opportunity employer. WHLAW3 PI3154df4af19f-38003-42079057
