The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for engineering, design, supply chain, technical, and executive-level roles. (2nd shift 12:00PM - 10:00PM (Weekend mandatory) Position Summary: The Operations Supervisor oversees the day-to-day execution of warehouse and distribution operations at Blackrock Logistics, ensuring that receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping activities are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. This role directly supervises a team of warehouse associates and leads, coordinating staffing, workflow, and productivity to meet service and performance targets.
