Financial Management • Analyzes targets and goals, job cost summaries, and other reports. • Creates and obtains approval of the initial budget and subsequent updates/changes. • Reviews weekly job cost summaries and advises the Project Manager. • Collaborates with pre-construction and the project team to manage the job transition process, communicate project requirements, and develop the initial procurement plans and budgets. • Gathers monthly financial reports and participates in recap reviews. • Tracks production quantities for revenue billing. Safety and Quality Assurance • Ensures compliance with all Keller and OSHA safety requirements. • In the event of a safety incident, work in partnership with HSEQ to support employees and project management teams per Keller policy. • Assists in resolving all quality nonconformance issues. • Exercises stop work authority for Safety and Quality issues.
