Experience & Skill Requirements 7–10 years of verified commercial finish carpentry experience (resume must show commercial experience). 3 years of experience leading a field crew (installer lead, foreman, or crew leader). Demonstrated history of zero punch-list or near-zero punch-list project closeouts. Extensive experience installing: Commercial millwork Cabinetry & casework Solid Surface (Corian) counters Acrylic countertops Wall panel systems & decorative architectural finishes Ability to read, interpret, and build from architectural drawings, shop drawings, blueprints, and elevations. Strong problem-solving skills in the field with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and customer service skills with clients and GC teams. Work Requirements Ability to work independently and lead others effectively. Personal hand tools and a smartphone. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs . Must be able to work up to 10 hours per day and night shifts when required. Must attend weekly safety meetings and follow all job site safety standards.
