Opportunity: Hospital employed Urgent Care opportunity. The facility consists of both Urgent Care and Family Practice and will be open 7 days/wk, 8am-8pm.Details: Required to work seven 12 hour shifts per monthIncluded in the weekend rotation and will be required to work some holidays.Average of patients seen per day - 50-60 patientsCompensation:Base salary: begins at $209,811 (additional compensation commensurate with experience)Signing Bonus: 15% of base salary up to max of $50,000Medical School Loan Repayment: repay up to $200,000 ($25,000 per year for each year of service commitment)Bonus Incentives: Excellent bonus incentives up to 30% of salaryVacation: 4 weeks plus holidays/sick days (232 hours)CME/Books & Journals: 5 days and up to $50002 year contract also includes:Deferred compensation: 457b plan.
