Universal Banker or Teller (Determined based on qualifications)

The Universal Banker/Teller position is responsible for providing customers with friendly, efficient, and professional service in an accurate and timely manner at all times by processing account transactions, cross-selling the Bank's products and services, opening, maintaining and closing of all account types, and promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff. This position is responsible for managing and balancing a cash drawer in an accurate manner. This role will be filled at either the Universal Teller or Universal Banker level. Candidates with prior banking experience, lending knowledge or advanced sales skills may be considered for the Universal Banker Level, while entry-level or developing candidates may be considered for the Universal Teller level. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm out of our St. Paul branch.
