Compensation Our small firm offers a starting salary of $100,000–$120,000 , based on experience. After a 90-day probation period, you may be eligible for a raise based on meeting billable requirements, managing workload, and meeting deadlines. Attorneys can earn a 20% bonus for originating clients. 401(k) eligibility begins after one year, and all other benefits start after the probation period. Job Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
