IT Project Manager - AI enablement

Join one of the hottest PE backed service companies that is growing faster than ever This Jobot Consulting Job is hosted by: Adam Bennett Are you a fit? Easy Apply now by clicking the "Quick Apply" button and sending us your resume. Salary: $80 - $110 per hour A bit about us: We are an established, privately held services company operating across North America with over 1,200 employees and a footprint that spans dozens of locations. We've been in business for decades and have grown significantly in recent years — revenue has more than doubled — driven by strong market demand, disciplined operations, and a series of M&A. We are backed by a top-tier private equity firm and are in an active growth phase. That means the business is moving fast, priorities are evolving, and the need for strong operational infrastructure — including IT — has never been higher. Our technology environment is complex, our initiatives are numerous, and we are investing meaningfully in modernizing how we run the business from the inside out. Why join us? This is a rare opportunity to be embedded at the center of a company that is actively transforming — not talking about it. You won't be maintaining the status quo; you'll be helping build what comes next. The initiatives on your plate will matter to the executives leading this company, and you'll be in the room with them regularly. Our IT function is a genuine driver of business strategy, not a support function in the background. The work is visible, the stakes are real, and the people around you will push you to be sharper. For the right person, this engagement has a clear path forward — whether that's an extended contract or a permanent seat at the table. We tend to hold onto people who perform. Job Details We are looking for a contract IT Project Manager to help us manage a portfolio of high-priority, executive-facing initiatives that are reshaping how this business operates. This is not a back-office PM role — this person will be building presentations for and presenting directly to senior leadership, facilitating cross-functional conversations, and keeping complex, parallel workstreams moving with clarity and accountability. The right candidate brings strong executive presence, knows how to operate in an IT-adjacent environment without getting lost in the weeds, and can translate technical progress into business-ready communication. What you'll be doing: Managing a range of critical business initiatives with significant IT touchpoints, including ERP and CRM. Owning executive-level reporting and presentation development — this means building the deck, not just filling in a template. Leading requirements gathering sessions and facilitating working sessions, including structured workshops around AI tools and use cases. Supporting the rollout and adoption of Copilot across the enterprise. Serving as a steady, organized presence across multiple simultaneous workstreams at different stages of delivery. What we're looking for: Proven experience managing enterprise IT projects with executive visibility. Demonstrated ability to build polished, board-ready presentations and present them with confidence. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar enterprise AI deployments. Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Business Central implementations. Experience facilitating requirements-gathering sessions and AI-focused workshops or hackathons is a strong differentiator. Someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and culturally sharp — this team moves fast and works hard. Engagement: 6-month contract | Strong potential to extend to 12 months or convert to full-time For your Interested in hearing more? Easy Apply now by clicking the "Quick Apply" button.
