Clinical Manager

Job Description Job Description This is the operational backbone of a family medicine / VIP regenerative medicine practice — and not a “float MA who also orders gloves.” You will run the clinical floor, manage a team of 15, own inventory and vendors, keep the schedule tight, and still be the person we trust with the hardest sticks. Many of our patients are high-profile. The standard is precision, calm, and trust. If you are an elite medical assistant who already thinks like a practice manager, this is the role. The Role You are the Clinical Manager / Lead Medical Assistant for a high-touch regenerative and anti-aging clinic. You will keep the practice moving — clinically and operationally — while protecting the patient experience. You will: Lead, schedule, train, and manage a clinical/operations staff of 15 or more Own day-to-day practice management: flow, rooms, readiness, follow-through, and accountability Manage inventory end to end — par levels, expiration control, receiving, waste reduction, and cost discipline Own vendor relationships: ordering, negotiating, delivery issues, product substitutions, and service reliability Build and protect the clinical schedule so providers stay productive and VIP patients are never left waiting Operate at a high level in the EHR: documentation quality, templates, charge capture support, and clean charts Apply ICD-10 coding knowledge for family medicine and related cash-pay / hybrid services so encounters are coded correctly Perform and oversee phlebotomy at an expert level — difficult draws, high volume, calm bedside manner Support medical weight loss (including GLP-1 programs) and anti-aging / regenerative workflows: labs, injections, procedure prep, recovery, and patient instructions Uphold confidentiality at a VIP standard with patients and staff Partner with the Medical Director and ownership so clinical protocols actually happen on the floor Who We’re Looking For This is a leadership seat that still requires clinical hands. You should already have managed people, inventory, and a schedule — and still be one of the strongest phlebotomists in the building. Required Proven experience as a Clinical Manager and/or Practice Administrator Direct management of a staff of 15 or more Strong inventory management experience Vendor management experience (ordering, accounts, problem-solving) Practice management and staff scheduling experience Proficiency in EHR systems Working knowledge of ICD-10 codes used in family medicine Super-strong phlebotomy skills Knowledge of medical weight loss and anti-aging / regenerative medicine Discretion, composure, and excellent people skills with a high-profile patient base Ability to hold staff accountable without creating chaos Strongly Preferred CMA, RMA, or equivalent certification Could act as backup for Practice Administrator: insurance verification, billing, HR, payroll, compliance Experience in cash-pay, concierge, regenerative, wellness, or aesthetic medicine Familiarity with GLP-1 weight-loss programs, lab panels, injectables, and regenerative procedure flow (stem cell / exosome support) Prior experience in a Boca / South Florida high-touch practice Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required What This Is — and What It Is Not This is for the operator who can run the floor, manage the practice and still draw a hard stick at 9:00 a.m. without drama. This is not: An entry-level medical assistant role A title-only “supervisor” job with no inventory, vendors, or staff authority A hospital float position A med spa greeter role dressed up as management Location Boca Raton, Florida — off N Federal Hwy & Spanish River. On-site presence required. Compensation Competitive compensation commensurate with leadership experience and clinical skill. Details discussed with qualified candidates. To Apply Submit your resume and a short note covering: staff size managed, inventory/vendor experience, EHR used, and phlebotomy volume/comfort. Candidates who have already run a busy clinical team will be prioritized. Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Application Question(s): Have you ever been a Clinical Manager or Practice Administrator? Can you work 9AM - 7 :30PM? (Don't always stay that late, but sometimes) Has most of your experience been in Family Medicine? What is the greatest volume of patients you have managed in a day? What is the largest medical staff you have managed? Ability to Commute: Boca Raton, FL 33431 (Required) Work Location: In person \nCompany Description We are the 1 PCP practice in Boca Raton, delivering cutting-edge care in functional and regenerative medicine with an emphasis on personalized hormone therapy, wellness optimization, weight loss programs, IV therapy, chronic disease management, peptide protocols, and longevity-based diagnostics.
