This position offers a competitive salary, bonus potential and a benefit package after 30 days. THE OPPORTUNITY: This is the final step before taking over your own site. You will learn to represent Capstone with our Partners, manage day-to-day activities with associates, all the while ensuring that safety and productivity are always the focus. At this stage, you may be asked to run portions of the business or perhaps an entire shift. The Site Supervisor will train new hires and provide an environment that is team centric. This is a training opportunity to hone the skills necessary to run your own site. With the growth that Capstone has experienced over the past years, it could be sooner than you think! DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: Negotiation of rates with common carrier representatives Running site with safety and efficiency as priorities Writing and balancing daily bank deposits Creation of daily work logs and transmission of same to corporate Audit of daily labor and billing reports Ensure customer needs are met on a daily basis. Document and resolve any customer service or associate issues daily. Ensure all associates follow Capstone policies and work rules including Capstone safety work rules. Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure associate participation. Assist in managing Site and Departmental budget. Scheduling associate shifts based on customer requirements. Interview, hire, and train new associates. Supervise timely and accurate data entry for all services performed. Complete daily closeout, including cash balancing, data upload, and payroll record administration according to Capstone policies and standard operating procedures. QUALIFICATIONS: 2 years of supervisory / leadership experience in an industrial setting. Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers. Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Strong organization and prioritizing skills. Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks. Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; and prepare related management reports. Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand for a long period of time. Ability to safely operate material handling equipment as needed. Ability to work in a warehouse environment on concrete flooring and in varying temperatures. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain or Third-Party experience preferred. BS/BA Degree or Associate Degree with Equivalent Experience is a plus but not required Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills. The ability to make decisions, problem solve, prioritize assignments, and direct the workforce in an ever-changing, warehouse environment. Proven track record in supervision of warehouse employees including Hiring, Training, and Termination. Experience with managing budgets and ability to create & maintain various management reports. Intermediate computer experience, ideally with Microsoft products. Excellent aptitude in estimating rates and adding and subtracting mentally while constantly multi-tasking. Teller

Client: Fortune 500 Title: Teller Location: Sugar Land, TX Duration: 03 Months (Extension Possible) Schedule: Mon – Fri; 07:30 AM – 04:30 PM CST Pay Rate: $18.00 – $21.00/hr on W2 Summary: Maintain accurate transactional records, providing basic cash receipt and payment services in accordance with credit union procedures. Balance at the end of each day. This person will serve as the face of the credit union and must have a general understanding of credit union processes, products and services. Responsibilities: · Greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous, professional and timely manner, providing prompt, accurate and efficient member transactions. · Receive share drafts/checks and cash for deposit to accounts, verify amounts, examine share drafts/checks for proper endorsement, and enter deposits into computer records. · Cash share drafts/checks and process withdrawals; payout money after verification of signatures and member balance. · Promote and explain other credit union services such as consumer and mortgage loans, lRAs, certificates, and money orders. · Receive consumer loan, and other payments and ensure the payments match balances due. Enter payments into computer. Generate member receipts. · Places hold on accounts for uncollected funds. · Process mobile deposit submissions according to procedures and place proper extended holds, should they apply · Count, check, and package coins and currency. · Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift and compare totalled amounts to computer-generated proof sheet. Report any discrepancies to the manager as necessary. · Ensure that the teller station is properly stocked with forms, supplies, etc. · Report malfunctions of teller terminals and other equipment used at the teller station. · Check night depository bags and record proper information on the credit union's forms. · Review and process member contact information on accounts, according to procedures. · Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, rules and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act and the Office of Foreign Assets Controls. Qualifications: · Minimum 2 years’ recent experience at a credit union or bank as a Teller, required. · Previous cash handling experience required. · Teller Cash Recycler experience a plus. · DNA experience a plus.

Project Manager - hybrid (MN)

Summary- This position is responsible for beginning-to-end WIDA state assessment project management, including schedules, project documentation, and internal and external resource management. The incumbent is responsible for all phases of the project and can analyze how the project affects and is affected by other areas of the company (i.e., programming, operations, etc.). Position Responsibilities Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with client contacts and vendors, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across multiple levels. Gather project requirements, document change requests, communicate with the team as needed, and take appropriate action. Analyze client requirements and develop recommendations for solutions as needed. Provide information to other internal departments regarding project scope and changes to current projects. Assume responsibility for the timely completion of projects by developing a realistic project schedule using MS Project Monitor project milestones and critical dates to identify potential jeopardy of the project schedule and identify ways to resolve schedule issues. Interact with team members to coordinate their activities, obtain or provide information regarding projects and changes to projects, assign tasks, and set priorities, including giving work direction to temporary staff. Develop, update, and maintain materials such as manuals, publications, meeting agendas and minutes, and project documentation. Manage project delivery to the client and contract specifications Participate in a formal review with the internal team and client at project completion to confirm acceptance and satisfaction.
