Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in diesel mechanics preferred. Proven experience as a heavy-duty truck and trailer mechanic. Strong knowledge of diesel engines, air brake systems, and trailer components. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Proficient with diagnostic software and repair tools. Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must have basic hand tools. Experience with alignment is preferred but willing to train the right person. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Comfortable working in various weather conditions. Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
