Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct virtual therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring client comfort and confidentiality. \n Complete comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans. \n Provide ongoing mental health support, including identifying appropriate referrals for additional resources and crisis intervention when necessary. \n Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with legal and organizational standards, ensuring that all records reflect the therapeutic process and client progress. \n Engage in regular team meetings to discuss client cases and treatment approaches, promoting a collaborative approach to care. \n Participate in training and continuous education programs to stay updated on best practices in the field of mental health. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with a varied client base, including children, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. Our therapeutic approaches are tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Your role will be pivotal in crafting supportive environments that encourage clients to engage proactively in their treatments.
