Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Spence Mind Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include: \n \n Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' concerns, histories, and treatment objectives, establishing a comprehensive understanding of their unique situations. \n Providing individual, couples, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and narrative therapy to facilitate healing and personal growth. \n Collaborating closely with clients to create tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals while regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting interventions as necessary. \n Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all ethical guidelines and legal standards to ensure a safe and trusting therapeutic environment. \n Engaging in continuous professional development, attending training sessions and workshops to stay informed about the latest evidence-based practices in mental health. \n Building and nurturing therapeutic relationships with clients to foster trust, support, and a collaborative spirit throughout their treatment journey. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your practice will encompass a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. This role allows you to leverage your clinical skills to support clients from various backgrounds and age groups, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family. Qualifications\n The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications: \n \n A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program. \n Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas. \n A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, with preferred experience in a private practice environment. \n Strong clinical skills, including capabilities in assessment, treatment planning, and executing interventions that yield positive outcomes for clients. \n Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport and collaboration with clients and colleagues alike. \n Preferred Experience\n While not required, additional experience with evidence-based modalities, crisis intervention, or working with specific populations will be considered advantageous. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and procedures is also preferred, as this will enhance your ability to deliver remote therapy effectively. Compensation and Benefits\n The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a sign-on bonus.
