Key Responsibilities\n \n Deliver mental health counseling services to clients via telehealth platforms and in-person when necessary, adhering to the requirements of applicable programs and funding sources. \n Conduct assessments to determine client needs, and formulate personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team. \n Maintain client records in compliance with agency policies, local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality. \n Provide case management services, linking clients and families to appropriate resources and supports within the community. \n Participate in on-call rotations as needed based on program requirements, demonstrating flexibility in providing services during critical moments. \n Engage actively in team meetings, contributing your insights towards program development, staff training, and enhancing service delivery. \n Exemplify the values of our organization in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and community partners, fostering a culture of respect and collaboration. \n Remain punctual and dependable, ensuring that client appointments are managed efficiently, thus improving client trust and engagement. \n Stay updated on best practices and trends in mental health counseling, continually seeking professional development opportunities. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our counseling services cater to a diverse clientele, including individuals and families affected by various mental health challenges, ranging from childhood trauma to adult depression and anxiety disorders. You will work with clients of all ages, requiring a broad understanding of developmental stages and mental health issues across the lifespan. Cultural competence is crucial as you interact with a varied demographic, ensuring that the unique needs of each client are met with sensitivity and understanding.
