Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: \n \n Identifying and leveraging agency resources, services, and systems to enhance client outcomes. \n Participating in onboarding activities, including attending agency orientation, and familiarizing yourself with policies and procedures. \n Preparing thoroughly for client sessions by reviewing case notes and conducting relevant research to address specific client issues effectively. \n Engaging in group supervision and professional development opportunities, such as discussing case studies and reviewing video recordings of counseling sessions. \n Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, both in written and electronic formats, complying with all regulatory standards. \n Coordinating with partner agencies to facilitate comprehensive client care and additional services. \n Conducting client consultations, collaborating with other mental health professionals to develop cohesive strategies for client treatment. \n Conducting thorough assessments, writing detailed case notes, and contributing to the formulation of individualized treatment plans (ITPs). \n Supporting therapists with scoring, interpreting, and reporting psychometric assessments to monitor client progress effectively. \n Participating in staff and clinical meetings to discuss caseload management, treatment strategies, and multidisciplinary collaboration. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n The ideal candidate for this position will possess: \n \n A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field. \n A valid social work license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) as required by state regulations. \n No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party to ensure the safety of our clients. \n Authorization to work in the United States. \n Strong clinical skills with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds. \n Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a particular emphasis on active listening and empathy. \n Preferred Experience\n While not mandatory, candidates with experience in community health settings, crisis intervention, and therapeutic techniques following current best practices will be preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 52,000 to USD 105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
