Qualifications\n \n Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and an active California LCSW license. \n A minimum of two years of direct client-facing experience, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting. \n Proficiency with technology, including telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and communication tools. \n Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Prior experience in hospice or palliative care is highly desirable. \n Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and sensitivity to issues around death and dying. \n Experience working in a remote setting, demonstrating self-discipline and motivation. \n Compensation and Benefits\n Inspiration Point Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
