Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions focused on resolving mental health issues, enhancing emotional well-being, and fostering self-growth. \n Develop and implement tailored treatment programs that address specific mental health conditions, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and dual diagnosis. \n Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to empower clients, support their journey towards recovery, and maintain a safe, confidential environment. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and continuity for patients, including referrals when specialized services are required. \n Manage your schedule with flexibility, including the option to work evenings and weekends, to best accommodate your clients’ needs. \n Handle administrative tasks associated with patient care, including documentation, insurance claims processing, and compliance with regulatory standards. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our diverse client population ranges from children to adults, facing various challenges such as PTSD, mood disorders, addiction, behavioral issues, and life transitions.
