Qualifications\n \n A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution. \n Valid state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. \n Minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or telehealth setting. \n Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients. \n Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience with diverse treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy. \n Familiarity with specific client populations, such as those dealing with trauma, addiction, or behavioral issues. \n Strong skills in crisis intervention and risk assessment. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
