Qualifications\n \n Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of a secure and trusting therapeutic alliance. \n Empathy, sensitivity, and a nonjudgmental demeanor towards clients' struggles and experiences. \n Strong organizational and time management abilities to efficiently manage caseloads and administrative tasks. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care is highly valued. \n Previous experience in a community health or private practice setting is preferred. \n Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices to facilitate remote client engagements. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
