Develop and enhance financial systems, reporting tools, and business intelligence capabilities. Establish and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while supporting organizational growth. Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Advanced degree and/or CPA strongly preferred. Strong expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and financial analysis. Experience with Sage Intacct and Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas) preferred. Background in blue-collar industries is a plus. Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work onsite.
