Digital Optimization Specialist

Digital Optimization Specialist Location: Las Vegas Lightning Digital, a division of the Las Vegas Review-Journal is seeking a Digital Optimization Specialist. This candidate will work with our Advertising team to facilitate, optimize, and report on advanced digital campaigns. Responsibilities include monitoring ad traffic across all owned and operated properties utilizing Google Ad Manager (GAM), hands-on fulfillment utilizing Simpli.fi, Amazon, and additional DSPs to fulfill programmatic display, video, audio, CTV/OTT, and DOOH. The Digital Optimization Specialist will also execute advertising campaigns across social channels including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. While you will spend most of your time behind the computer, you should also be comfortable client-facing, delivering campaign results and optimization recommendations. ? Continuously monitors campaign performance and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) while suggesting and implementing ongoing optimization strategies to hit and exceed assigned KPIs. ? Work closely with the editorial team and web development team on various owned and operated projects. ? Creates Google Data Studio dashboard for all digital campaigns. ? Pixel and tag placement via Google Tag Manager (GTM) ? Provides custom reporting when needed based on tiered levels of service. Qualifications, Skills, and Characteristics Required: ? Minimum of 3 years of digital campaign management experience preferred. ? 2 years of proven experience working inside Google Ad Manager on campaign execution, reporting, and setup. ? Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and other digital campaign optimization. ? Strong understanding of building campaigns and supporting metrics to measure effectiveness with experience adjusting and adapting campaign elements based on measurements. ? Impeccable organizational skills. Actively manages day-to-day aspects of all assigned campaigns, maintaining account prioritization and delivering weekly status updates to key stakeholders. ? Drive for continuous learning to keep up with the ever-evolving digital landscape. ? Must be familiar with Google Analytics, Paid Search, Gsuite, and current ad-serving DSP and DMP partners. ? Experience aiding in the sales process of sophisticated digital campaigns preferred. ? Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening. ?
