You will stand at the crossroads of precision and power, supporting month-end reporting, forging journal entries, and reconciling the flow of sales and refunds across our payment networks. You will command both accounts payable and receivable, align inventory invoices within Acumatica, and bring order to Halloween-dated inventory records. You will also lend your strength to the department's evolving goals. When the year-end audit arrives, you will rise to meet it, providing the clarity and structure needed for victory. And through it all, you will help build and reinforce the processes and policies that fortify our internal controls. This is your mission-should you choose to accept it. Prepare and reconcile monthly payment provider sales and refund activity to ensure accuracy between Admin and the payment providers. Perform accounts payable and account receivable functions. Enter inventory vendor invoices into Acumatica and reconcile the invoices to inventory receipts within Admin. Monitor and reconcile Halloween Dated inventory vendor statements to Acumatica. Prepare monthly Royalty accrual along with quarterly reporting to Licensors. Support payroll process during Season if necessary. Provide input into department's goal setting process. Support year end external audit. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. When season calls, team members may be called upon to assist in the warehouse occasionally, along with other non-warehouse roles, shipping out order to deliver monster memories!
