Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation, dispute resolution and bankruptcy litigation experience in a law firm or comparable professional services environment. Ability to think and work proactively and independently with minimal supervision. Experience preparing and e-filing documents in state and federal courts. High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with document management systems and time and billing systems preferred. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, work independently with minimal supervision, and manage confidential information. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. The targeted salary range for this position is from $85,000 – $95,000, which reflects the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.
