As the Director of Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation , you will be responsible for the onsite daily management needs of the Signet Health Client hospital contractual relationship and the supervision of patient care for the unit. This role acts as the on-site bridge between field operations and centralized support, driving workforce readiness, compliance accuracy, and safe, efficient site entry operations. Success is defined by reliable gate operations, smooth onboarding flow, and high-quality worker engagement.
