As the Director of Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation , you will be responsible for the onsite daily management needs of the Signet Health Client hospital contractual relationship and the supervision of patient care for the unit. SITE ACCESS & COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR Dulles, VA | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • Pay Rate: $25 per hour • Flexible schedule up to 40 hours per week, Monday–Saturday • Shift: 4:00 AM and 6:00 PM – 3 days a week ROLE IMPACT The Site Access & Compliance Coordinator ensures that all personnel entering large-scale construction sites are properly credentialed, onboarded, and compliant with workforce safety and access policies. This role acts as the on-site bridge between field operations and centralized support, driving workforce readiness, compliance accuracy, and safe, efficient site entry operations. Success is defined by reliable gate operations, smooth onboarding flow, and high-quality worker engagement.
