Work Environment\n Our remote working model allows for flexibility and encourages a balanced approach to wellness for our staff. You will primarily work from home but will have the capability to occasionally meet clients in person if needed. Key Responsibilities\n \n Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the needs of each client, incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities. \n Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate effective treatment strategies. \n Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, ensuring a holistic approach to healing. \n Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy as appropriate. \n Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for clients, ensuring a seamless treatment experience. \n Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to all legal and ethical standards in line with best practices in mental health. \n Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and remaining current on developments in mental health research and practices. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Our patients come from various backgrounds, and we emphasize culturally competent care that respects and honors their unique experiences and needs. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. \n Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status in the state of Texas. \n A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting. \n Strong knowledge of therapeutic methods and interventions in mental health care. \n Excellent communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills with clients and colleagues. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Specialization in family therapy, trauma-informed care, couples therapy, or addressing substance use disorders. \n Familiarity with telehealth platforms and experience providing virtual counseling services. \n A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to mental health practices. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
