Position: Traveling Associate Dentist We are currently looking for a Traveling Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Support our mission of delivering outstanding dental care to the community and assist us in creating more smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults. Participate in morning meetings (feel free to lead one!), organize your day, express appreciation to your team, and highlight exemplary instances of customer service, teamwork, and goal achievement. Enjoy working with children, who represent 70% or more of our patient demographic. Responsibilities Provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Uphold the highest standards of integrity by complying with all governmental regulations, organizational standards, and compliance programs. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Our Practice Offers DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex units Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training Staffing ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider Patient demographic: primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult patients (varies by location) Office flow: an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients Insurance mix includes state plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors Qualifications We expect you to possess: A DDS/DMD degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A current, valid dental license in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure Any additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults Willingness and ability to travel to the following locations: 3 K-Mart Plaza, Greenville, SC 29605 3227 W Blue Ridge Dr, Greenville, SC 29611 3112 N Main St, Anderson, SC 29621 5422 Forest Dr, Columbia, SC 29206 1350 Grove Park Dr, Orangeburg, SC 29115 1121 Broad St, Sumter, SC 29150 This Opportunity Provides Opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration Sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 (based on experience and start date) Student loan repayment assistance of $1,000 per month Relocation assistance of up to $10,000 Additional earnings of $100 per day for traveling to other offices within your area, with all expenses covered (hotel, mileage, meals) What We Offer A guaranteed minimum daily rate of $850 during the ramp-up period OR a percentage of collections, whichever is greater No lab fees Full-time providers are eligible for Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA Short-term and long-term disability, along with basic life insurance, covered by the organization 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Company-paid malpractice insurance coverage Paid holidays and time off Reimbursement for continuing education Continuing education opportunities through an ADA Accredited Continuing Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) Reimbursements for licenses, certifications, and professional dues, including memberships in ADA and/or AAPD Flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work/life balance Visa and Green Card sponsorship available We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
