Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments of client's mental health and establish a therapeutic rapport. \n Design personalized treatment plans with measurable objectives, adjusting strategies as necessary based on client progress. \n Hold regular therapy sessions with clients, using various therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs in both individual and group settings. \n Provide referrals to other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, when necessary, to ensure a holistic approach to client care. \n Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions in our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to all confidentiality and privacy requirements. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work closely with a diverse group of clients, including individuals facing mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n \n Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n Current and valid license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas. \n A minimum of four years of related clinical experience. \n Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and the importance of cultural sensitivity in therapy. \n Proven ability to conduct individual and group therapy sessions using inclusive practices. \n Excellent crisis intervention capability, demonstrating poise and decisiveness in high-stress situations. \n Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at establishing rapport with a diverse clientele. \n Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems along with standard computer applications. \n Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and maintaining professional boundaries. \n Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment, collaborating effectively with peers and stakeholders. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in specialized therapy methods, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or substance abuse counseling. \n Familiarity with community resources and support systems that can further assist clients in their recovery journey. \n Previous involvement in treatment planning and program development. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
