The primary focus is to empower clients by providing them with effective therapeutic interventions that enhance their emotional resilience and coping strategies. Qualifications\n \n A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. \n Active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in accordance with state regulations. \n Demonstrated clinical experience with at least two years in a mental health setting, providing direct patient care. \n Preferred Experience\n Preference will be given to candidates who have advanced degrees in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology, as well as those who have experience working in outpatient settings. Familiarity with telehealth practices and tools is an advantage, as is experience in crisis intervention and family therapy. Compensation and Benefits\n This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure. Additional financial incentives include a possible sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 and performance bonuses of up to $2,000 based on state licensure.
