Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, utilizing tools and methodologies to formulate clinical diagnoses. \n Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions suitable for each client’s goals and needs. \n Provide various forms of therapy including individual, group, and family counseling sessions, adapting approaches to match the unique dynamics of each session. \n Offer timely crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, employing de-escalation techniques and support resources. \n Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards regarding privacy and documentation. \n Collaboration with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are developed and executed. \n Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, providing essential information regarding treatment options and community resources while advocating for client needs. \n Stay current with industry best practices by participating in continuing education, workshops, and other professional development opportunities. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n This role revolves around providing quality care to a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n \n Currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington State. \n Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field. \n Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities. \n A minimum of two years of related experience in mental health counseling. \n Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective therapeutic relationships. \n Ability to work independently while also being a cooperative team member. \n Commitment to ethical and professional standards in practice. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Previous clinical experience, especially in outpatient settings. \n Familiarity with various therapy modalities and interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, or family systems therapy. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
