Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, providing diagnoses and developing personalized treatment plans based on ethical, evidence-based practices. \n Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client. \n Offer real-time crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate support and appropriate follow-up care. \n Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, in compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care. \n Educate clients and their families regarding mental health, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey. \n Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with the latest best practices in mental health therapy, attending workshops and training sessions as needed. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n At Inner Calm Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals of all ages, couples, and families dealing with various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve not only addressing immediate concerns but also helping clients build long-term coping strategies and resilience. Qualifications\n \n Must hold a current state license as a Mental Health Therapist: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. \n A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required. \n Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, with a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience. \n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues. \n Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team. \n A strong commitment to ethical practices and maintaining high professional standards. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Previous experience in a clinical setting is desirable, providing familiarity with client needs and therapeutic practices. \n Experience working with children, adolescents, or specific populations (e.g., veterans, LGBTQ individuals) is a plus. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
