You will assess sessions with various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, adapting your methods to suit individual circumstances and needs effectively. Qualifications\n \n A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field is required. \n Current LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license is mandatory. \n Strong foundational knowledge of mental health assessments, treatment planning, developmental psychopathology, and family therapy. \n Understanding of psychodiagnostic practices, therapeutic techniques, and the DSM-IV diagnostic framework. \n Ability to engage holistically with patients from varied backgrounds and cultures. \n Excellent documentation skills, ensuring compliance with both agency policies and healthcare regulations. \n Capacity to work collaboratively in a team while contributing individually to patient care objectives. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, enhancing communication with a broader spectrum of clients. \n Previous experience working in integrated healthcare settings or with community resources is advantageous. \n Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain effective working relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 – 105,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
