Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues, including family dynamics, relationship challenges, and individual psychological factors. \n Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals, focusing on fostering personal growth and enhancing well-being. \n Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and relational counseling to facilitate transformative healing experiences. \n Maintain accurate documentation of treatment progress and outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations. \n Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions, workshops, and interdisciplinary team meetings to support collaborative care and share best practices. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family conflicts, and more. You may also work with children and adolescents, addressing behavioral issues, emotional challenges, and other developmental concerns, positioning you to make a profound impact in the lives of individuals and families within the Jacksonville community. Qualifications\n \n Valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida. \n Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. \n Strong commitment to providing high-quality behavioral healthcare with a compassionate approach to patient care. \n Preferred Experience\n \n A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, preferably working with diverse populations, including children and adolescents. \n Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to facilitate efficient patient management. \n Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with clients and navigate sensitive issues effectively. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
