Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: \n \n Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' issues, needs, and strengths. \n Developing, monitoring, and editing individualized treatment plans to ensure they meet the evolving needs of each client. \n Carrying out the client intake process, addressing any immediate concerns, and ensuring a seamless transition into ongoing care. \n Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including clinical directors and fellow counselors, to ensure comprehensive care. \n Identifying and addressing negative behaviors through evidence-based interventions while fostering a safe environment for open dialogue. \n Helping clients navigate addiction recovery by recognizing harmful behaviors and providing tailored strategies for overcoming urges. \n Documenting client progress meticulously through electronic health record systems to maintain continuity of care. \n Facilitating individual, group, and family counseling sessions designed to promote healing and wellness. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our clients encompass a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals facing chronic stress, mental health disorders, and substance use challenges.
