Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health to identify strengths, challenges, and goals. \n Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques such as Engagement, Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation. \n Provide individual therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health issues, employing tailored modalities based on client needs. \n Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relational dynamics. \n Regularly review and adjust treatment plans to reflect clients' progress and any evolving needs, ensuring a client-centered approach. \n Maintain accurate client records, documenting sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines. \n Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, supporting clients in times of acute distress and navigating emergencies with professionalism. \n Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals to afford clients holistic care, reinforcing the continuity of support across services. \n Stay informed about advancements in the field of marriage and family therapy, integrating new knowledge into your practice. \n Advocate for clients' rights, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment process. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client population, including teenagers navigating the complexities of adolescence, adults dealing with stress, anxiety, or relationship issues, and couples seeking to enhance their partnerships. You will tailor your therapeutic approach to each unique client situation, drawing from a variety of therapeutic philosophies to provide the most effective care. Qualifications\n \n Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution. \n Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) through the State Board. \n Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy, with an understanding of diverse therapeutic modalities. \n Strong assessment and organizational skills, with an emphasis on timely completion of treatment documentation and progress evaluations. \n Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems. \n Preferred Experience\n \n A minimum of 2 years of experience in therapeutic settings, focusing on mental health, behavioral issues, and relationship dynamics. \n Experience with various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, is highly desirable. \n Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery methodologies. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year.
