Qualifications\n The following qualifications are necessary for this role: \n \n A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field. \n Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois. \n A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting. \n Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental healthcare. \n Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele. \n Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies. \n Preferred Experience\n While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly preferred: \n \n Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse treatment, or trauma-informed care. \n Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and adapt to evolving organizational needs. \n Compensation and Benefits\n Our compensation package is competitive, with a salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually based on your experience and caseload.
