Key Responsibilities\n \n Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions remotely, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients. \n Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). \n Conduct intake assessments to evaluate client mental health status and treatment requirements. \n Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) while adhering to HIPAA regulations. \n Collaborate with colleagues in a team-based approach to enhance client outcomes through regular case consultations and shared learning. \n Engage in professional development opportunities and continue to grow your specialization in areas such as trauma, LGBTQ issues, or grief and loss. \n Provide telehealth sessions and in-person consultations when necessary, ensuring that all services comply with health regulations. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our focus is on providing mental health services to a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. We recognize that each client’s experience is unique, and our approach is tailored to respect and respond to cultural differences and individual needs. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Colorado. \n Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills necessary for providing bilingual therapy services. \n A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a mental health setting with a focus on children, adults, and families. \n A deep respect for the cultural and individual needs of families to deliver culturally sensitive therapy. \n Proficient in using EHR software, Microsoft Office, and similar applications to support administrative tasks effectively. \n Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, EMDR. \n Specialization in particular areas of interest, such as trauma, LGBTQ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health. \n Experience working in a network with at least one insurance panel. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, therapists may be eligible for a sign-on bonus and other performance incentives. We provide flexible work hours, allowing for at least two evenings per week and one weekend day, to meet client needs while promoting work-life balance.
