Key Responsibilities\n \n Conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, utilizing diverse therapeutic approaches. \n Assessing and diagnosing a range of mental health disorders through comprehensive evaluations, and subsequently developing personalized treatment plans to promote client progress. \n Collaborating with clients to identify specific treatment goals, monitoring their progress through regular follow-up sessions, and adapting strategies as needed. \n Providing crisis intervention services, including immediate support and referral to external resources when required, ensuring clients receive timely care. \n Maintaining accurate, secure, and timely clinical records in compliance with state regulations, ethical guidelines, and organizational policies. \n Engaging in ongoing professional development, attending training sessions, and staying abreast of advancements in therapeutic practices to enhance proficiency and patient care. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your role will center around working with diverse populations primarily consisting of individuals and families experiencing relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n \n A current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts. \n A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, underpinning your clinical expertise. \n A minimum of four years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating your proficiency in therapy and client engagement. \n Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities, ensuring the best evidence-based care for clients. \n Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport effectively and promote positive client outcomes. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or couples, is highly preferred. \n Familiarity with teletherapy and telehealth systems to effectively conduct virtual sessions. \n Previous experience in a community health setting is a plus, reflecting an understanding of the complexities associated with community mental health. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
