Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct weekly sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, ensuring each interaction is tailored to the client’s individual needs and challenges. \n Engage with clients through live video consultations, helping them navigate their mental health journeys with empathy and professionalism. \n Collaborate with a network of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to develop comprehensive treatment plans and provide integrated care. \n Utilize systematically administered symptom self-assessments to continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary. \n Maintain accurate and timely case notes to meet compliance standards and support effective treatment outcomes. \n Access and leverage team support and consultation services for complex case management when needed, ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of care. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will be working primarily with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma-related difficulties. The diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients necessitate a counselor who is adaptable and culturally competent, able to provide individualized attention to accommodate their unique stories and needs. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field is required. \n An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory. Please note that we cannot accept candidates with limited permits needing supervision. \n Successful applicants will demonstrate independence in managing client schedules, space management, and exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. \n License must be free of any disciplinary actions. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Previous experience working in a telehealth setting is highly desirable to ensure a smooth transition into remote services. \n Demonstrated experience in utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices is a plus. \n Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems will be beneficial for efficient documentation and case management. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , reflective of your skills and experience. In addition, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring that you have access to invaluable health resources.
