Job Description \n Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Skilled Nursing \n Discipline: RN \n Start Date: ASAP \n Duration: 8 weeks \n 36 hours per week \n Shift: 12 hours, days \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n \n Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2196 \n $500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS \n \n Opportunity: \n RN - Skilled Nursing \n Job Details: \n • 12-hour day shifts with weekend and holiday requirements \n • Block schedule with 8-hour shifts, 4 nurses and 7 aides during day/PM, 2 nurses and 3-4 aides during NOC \n • Every other weekend required unless otherwise specified \n • Must be available for at least half of holidays during assignment \n • No on-call requirements \n • Floating requirements apply \n • Scrub color/dress code: Any solid color, clean and professional \n • Patient ratio: RNs 1:20, LPNs 1:20, CNAs 1:8 \n • Common diagnoses and patient types include dementia, frail elderly, and rehabilitation patients \n • Job duties include charting, assessments, charge duties, medication administration, and clinical skills such as IVs, catheters, and ostomy care \n • IV and titratable drip experience required \n • Elderly patient care experience required \n • Interdisciplinary team includes therapy, administration, social workers, activities, dietary, and housekeeping \n • Physician availability after hours \n • DON/Charge Nurse/House Supervisor on-site \n • Respiratory therapy available on-site 24/7 \n • Pharmacy and medication dispensing system on-site \n • EMR system: ECS \n • Required certifications: BLS (AHA) \n • All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility \n Facility: \n This post-acute care facility is a nursing home attached to a hospital, offering a comprehensive long-term care environment with 70 beds, the majority of which are private. The facility provides skilled nursing care for elderly and rehabilitation patients and is supported by a robust interdisciplinary team including therapy, social workers, dietary staff, and housekeeping.
