Job Duties Include but are not limited to: • Confirm the scope of work and bid proposals for completeness and accuracy • Submit timely questions for clarification during the construction bid process • Prepare shingle and siding project estimates by gathering proposals, onsite inspections, blueprints, specifications, and related documents • Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements • Attend construction pre-bid, pre-con, and post-con meetings as needed • Work with clients, vendors, and other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues. • Contribute to team effort and work as part of the team to serve our customers Pre-Employment Screening: Physical, Drug Screening, and Background check required.
