The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of demonstrated success in driving sales within the cybersecurity industry, particularly in selling MDR solutions. The Account Executive will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, developing strategic relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MDR market segment. Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling cybersecurity solutions, preferably MDR services. Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies, particularly in threat detection and incident response. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating a sales team. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration or related field. Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
