What this service tech position calls for: Hard skill requirements: Ability to diagnose, service, maintain and repair all brands of central heating and cooling systems. Ability to fill out and submit where required all company documentation, as well as follow company procedures and policy. Be willing to enroll in continued education, training and willing to learn. Summary: Typical work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and will require overtime and occasional weekends during peak seasons. This position will place job seeker in an on-call rotation. Job may sometimes call for odds and end repairs on new construction sites post final installation. Occasional continued education days or evenings may be designated for team training should be attended.
