Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary case manager for preschool students receiving special education services. Provide direct, individualized and small-group instruction aligned with each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP). Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs to support student growth and achievement. Maintain accurate and compliant special education documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations. Monitor student progress toward IEP goals and adjust instruction based on ongoing assessment and data. Collaborate with families, general education staff, related service providers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Participate in IEP meetings and effectively communicate student progress with families and team members. Ensure compliance with all special education procedures, timelines, and regulatory requirements. Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the developmental, academic, social, and emotional growth of preschool students. Perform additional duties as assigned by school administration. Qualifications Early Childhood Special Education certification required. Strong knowledge of the special education process and compliance with state and federal special education laws and regulations. Experience developing and implementing IEPs preferred.
