Responsibilities: Check in employees and track daily attendance Communicate with workers regarding schedules, attendance, and job expectations Communicate with client supervisors about staffing needs and worker performance Help resolve attendance issues, call-outs, and no-shows Assist with onboarding new workers Follow up with employees to make sure they report to work on time Help recruit and maintain a pipeline of available workers Report any issues to management in a timely manner Keep accurate records of attendance, call-outs, and replacements Requirements: Previous warehouse experience preferred Staffing, recruiting, or onsite coordinator experience is a plus Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication and people skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Basic computer and phone skills Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Schedule: Monday to Friday Full-time Pay: Based on experience Company Description Valor Talent Solutions is a staffing and workforce solutions company dedicated to connecting reliable employees with quality job opportunities.
