Education & Experience 8 years of Multifamily Construction Superintendent experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 5 years of Multifamily Superintendent experience. Advanced knowledge of multifamily construction methods, processes, scheduling, and field operations. Experience developing and managing construction schedules while holding subcontractors accountable for production timelines and contractual obligations. Proficiency with scheduling software and construction management tools. Experience in additional construction sectors such as retail, restaurant, office, hospitality, industrial, banking, urban development, or warehouse/logistics facilities is a plus Additional Qualifications Strong written communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
