Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED equivalent Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35 lbs as needed Ability to follow standard work instructions and adhere to quality control procedures Previous manufacturing experience preferred (preferably in high-volume production or assembly environments & including familiarity with safety protocols and PPE usage in a manufacturing setting) Experience operating industrial machinery, assembly lines, or automated equipment preferred Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues preferred Experience with lean manufacturing principles, 5S, or continuous improvement preferred Work Environment/Physical Demands: The work environment and physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.
